Whitney Rudis, LLMSW, is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker passionate about providing a safe space for children, preteens, adolescents, and adults. She earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Masters in Social Work (with a clinical focus) from Michigan State University. Whitney holds a Child Welfare certificate and a Health and Aging certificate from her studies. She has professional experience working with all ages, from young children to the geriatric population, and in different clinical settings, such as nonprofits, foster care, and healthcare. Whitney's comprehensive education and hands-on experiences allow her to meet the diverse needs of each client.
Whitney's therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, trust, and cultural competence. She cultivates a warm, welcoming, and healing environment for all individuals. Whitney believes in meeting you where you are at to foster personal growth, develop a strong therapeutic relationship, and empower you to achieve your goals.
Drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-based therapy, Whitney works with you to navigate life's challenges.
