Hello! My name is Lauren, and I am a TLLP with my degree in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University. I decided to become a therapist because I love connecting with and helping people. The mind is a powerful thing and I hope to be able to help you understand how yours works. My goal as a therapist is to provide a welcoming, safe space for everyone. Using person-centered, solution-focused, CBT, and existential theories I work with my clients to help them reframe their mindset, achieve their goals, and work through trauma.
Life can get challenging sometimes, but you do not have to go through it alone. I am here for you! I commend you on being brave enough to take the first step, and I look forward to being by your side as you begin your journey.
