Mrs. DeGrazia has worked for the past 8 years fine tuning her master in social work abilities which has enabled her to succeed in Clinical Social Work.
She is dedicated with keeping abreast of innovation and changes in Clinical Social Work. She is specialized in Play therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing; to individuals, groups, families, from the ages 4 thru adult. Sherry has cared for clients with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, EI/AI, Trauma, ODD, Bi-Polar, Adjustment Disorder, OCD, Congenital Disorders.
Her current practice utilizes the ORS rating scale along with the PHQ-9, PHQ-A, to track progress. Sherry demonstrates a 91% success rates for her clients in that they have achieved moderate to significant progress in their treatment scores.
She is experienced in Suicide Risk Assessment, DSM-V Diagnosis, treatment planning, family center care, crisis intervention, education using best practice models, coordination of care and interdisciplinary behavioral healthcare.
