A fully licensed, master's level social worker, Randi Murav dedicates her time to working with families and individuals of all ages to remedy a diverse range of disorders and conflicts through a cognitive-behavioral approach. Her comprehensive education and impressive range of experience allows her to develop personally-tailored treatment plans that help people of all ages in their time of need.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, Randi went on to earn her Master's Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University. Following her education, she went on to work in a school setting where she was trained on how to effectively observe students, complete Individualized Education Plans alongside other professionals, and work one-on-one with children with special needs. Her work with children, combined with additional training she received at a non-profit committed to providing individual and group therapy for those struggling with substance abuse, lead her to Orchard's Children's Services. There she provided therapy to foster children and their families, as well as adoptive families in need of crisis intervention.
For the past seven years, Randi has worked in outpatient and private practice settings providing individual and family therapy in the specialty areas mentioned above.
