Kristen is a fully Licensed Master Social Worker that is compassionate and dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults. Kristen earned a Bachelors in Social Work from Oakland University and a Masters in Social Work from Michigan State University with a certificate in School Social Work. Kristen has worked in the school setting since 2021 where she conducts evaluations and implements interventions to identify and aid with challenges such as learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life stressors to support child success. She is also knowledgeable in the processes and procedures in schools and can aid families in navigating any obstacles or questions they may have. When working with adults, Kristen focuses on fostering a collaborative, positive and productive therapeutic relationship. Kristen offers support for a variety of concerns and life changes such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationships and divorce. She is skilled at helping clients develop practical strategies for achieving their goals and enhancing their overall well-being. Kristen's goal is to help clients of all ages uncover their potential and achieve a fulfilling life through a safe, non-judgmental, empowering, and empathetic space.
