Caitlin is a patient, non-judgmental, humanistic psychotherapist. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every person possesses the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. Drawing from the principles of humanistic psychology, she sees therapy as a collaborative and transformative process, where she is here to provide guidance and support while you take the courageous steps towards a more fulfilling life. She pursued a career in psychotherapy driven by her sincere interest in the intricate lives of diverse individuals. Caitlin is currently working as a Temporary Master's Limited Psychologist (TLLP). She received her master's in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and her bachelor's in psychology at Michigan State University. In her free time, she loves to do crafts, spend time outside, and travel. Her approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and focused on building a genuine therapeutic alliance. Building trust within the therapeutic relationship means the most to her when working with a new client. Through this alliance, she believes that the client and therapist will work together to uncover the client's strengths and navigate their life challenges. She strives to help you develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance. She also understands the deep connections people have with their animals and offers a compassionate ear for those experiencing pet loss. The intricacies of coping with the loss of a beloved pet should not be underestimated, and she will be there by your side, providing support as you navigate through this incredibly challenging ordeal.
